Starterplaces started out as a building exerceise, trying to build a roblox version of the backrooms but expanded as the game began the garner interest online. Starterplaces is connected to the Crazy Myth Hunters webseries, following several pieces of former lost media being reuploaded which document an old myth hunting roblox group and their involvement with Pirate Parry's Free Model Emporium.
